Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy
NYC Maestro Limo is committed to full transparency in our reservation, payment, and cancellation terms. Please review the following policies carefully prior to confirming your booking.

Deposit & Payment Policy
- A non-refundable reservation deposit is required on all bookings to secure your scheduled service with NYC Maestro Limo.
- The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the commencement of service.
- Credit card payments are processed 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service date.
- Cash payments are remitted directly to your assigned chauffeur prior to departure.
- Payments by check must be received no later than two weeks before the date of service.
Wedding & Formal Event Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The full remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the scheduled event.
- Cancellations received after the two-week threshold will result in the full balance being assessed without exception.
Vehicle Use & Conduct Standards
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage sustained to the vehicle or its appointments during the period of service.
- A sanitation fee of $250 will be assessed for smoking, illness, or excessive untidiness within the vehicle — without exception.
- Damage to onboard entertainment systems, including televisions, audio equipment, or DVD players, carries a minimum assessment of $400.
- Protruding through the sunroof or moonroof is expressly prohibited and constitutes a violation of applicable law.
- Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden in all NYC Maestro Limo vehicles; violation will incur the standard $250 sanitation fee.
- The use of illegal substances is absolutely prohibited. Any infraction will result in immediate termination of service without refund, and the client will be held liable for all associated penalties and fines.
- The assigned chauffeur reserves the right to terminate any engagement without refund in response to disorderly, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.
Service Assurance & Liability
- In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, NYC Maestro Limo will arrange a comparable or superior replacement vehicle at no additional charge to the client.
- Overtime rates apply following the first ten minutes beyond the originally scheduled service conclusion time.
- NYC Maestro Limo shall not be held liable for delays attributable to adverse weather, road closures, or conditions beyond our operational control.
- NYC Maestro Limo assumes no responsibility for personal property or valuables left unattended within any vehicle.
- All vehicles are operated within their designated passenger capacity in strict accordance with applicable safety and legal requirements.
